Paying with USDT
We accept USDT only, on Ethereum (ERC-20) or Solana (SPL). Read this through before ordering so your payment lines up cleanly with your order.
To place an order you will need USDT. We cannot accept cards, bank transfers, cash, or any other payment method at this stage. Please have your USDT ready before ordering to avoid complications matching your payment to your order.

The guidance below covers how to acquire and send USDT. Please review it carefully — we are not able to provide additional support on buying crypto. If you run into trouble, we recommend using other reliable resources or your wallet provider's own support. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot answer requests for extra help with this part of the process.
Step 1
Get USDT ready before you order
We accept USDT only, on either the Ethereum (ERC-20) or Solana (SPL) network. Have your USDT purchased and sitting in a wallet you control before you place the order — this avoids delays between your order and your payment.
Preferred by most of our customers: a non-custodial wallet such as Exodus, Edge, Phantom (Solana), or Trust Wallet. You keep full control of your funds and no exchange queries where you are sending them.
Step 2
If you buy through an exchange
You can buy USDT on a centralised exchange (CoinJar, Swyftx, Kraken, etc.) if you cannot buy directly inside a wallet.
We strongly recommend withdrawing your USDT out of the exchange into your own non-custodial wallet and paying from there. Double-check you withdraw on the same network you intend to pay on — Ethereum (ERC-20) or Solana (SPL).
Step 3
Select your products and check out
Add your items from the catalog, then fill in your delivery info on the checkout page. Nothing is charged on the page — you are submitting an order request.
Step 4
Wait for your invoice email
An invoice is emailed to you automatically with your order reference, the total due in AUD, the equivalent USDT amount, and the wallet address to send to. Send the exact USDT amount from your wallet on the matching network.
Step 5
Email us your TxID
Once payment is sent, email cryochemlabs@proton.me with your order reference as the subject line. In the email, paste the transaction hash (TxID) or attach a screenshot of the payment.
Step 6
Confirmation and your drop
USDT usually confirms within minutes. Once confirmed we reply with your dead drop time and location window, and we send a photo of the drop point once it is placed so you know exactly what to look for.
Funds sent to a wrong address, wrong chain, or wrong token are not recoverable.
USDT sent to the Solana address must be USDT on the Solana chain (SPL). USDT sent to the Ethereum address must be USDT on the Ethereum chain (ERC-20). Always copy the address straight from your invoice email and confirm the network matches before sending.
